I briefly caught part of a conversation on 610 earlier this morning about a topic that I asked myself over a week ago. It's a topic that actually I didn't want to bring up since I'm not a fan although he's occassionally had good articles IMHO when strictly sticking to sports analysis.

Usually this time of year Whitlock does some pretty interesting takes on training camp, but from what I've heard, there's not a hide nor hair coming from him.

Although I'm not a particluar fan of Jason (or Bob Gretz for that matter) and I prefer the writing styles of Posnanski and Flannigan (he's long gone),I noticed that there hasn't been the weekly customary rant/kudo's on AP on anything Jason's written since it's been 2 months since he's actually written for The Star.
