Monday Night Football (9/13/2010): The Deciding Factor

This year, Week 1 Monday Night Football kicks off with the San Diego Chargers coming into Arrowhead to face the Kansas City Chiefs.  Phillip Rivers leads the favored Chargers (a 5.5 point favorite), who are looking to make up for an incredibly disappointing end to their 2009 season, against Matt Cassel and the Kansas City Chiefs who are being described as being "..in rebuilding mode with really nothing to lose."  Can the Chiefs pull off an upset and beat the Chargers, who tend to start slow each season?  Probably not say many experts, sighting, "They just don’t have the weapons."  Other so called experts continue their rant stating, "Sure, the Chargers have a relatively weak defense, but that is doubly true for the Chiefs.  And if we go from there and start comparing offenses, it doesn’t look pretty for Kansas City"

Apparently, these experts have not paid attention to preseason play and have failed to notice we have Jamaal Charles, Thomas Jones, Dexter McCluster, Javier Arenas, Eric Berry, Brandon Flowers, Derrick Johnson, Chris Chambers, and Dwayne Bowe who are capable of being "game changers" and who are all possess that explosive aggression to make a play which could change the outcome of any play, series, game, or even season.

This game is fast approaching and is now less than three-weeks away.  What do you think will be the 'Deciding Factor' in the Chiefs WIN over the Chargers on Monday Night Football?
