The Kansas City Chiefs had three players missing training camp practice this afternoon, according to Josh Looney of KCChiefs.com.
Out: S Reshard Langford, TE Tony Moeaki and G Darryl Harris
We're not sure what's up with Langford. This is the first time he's missed practice and he wasn't even out on the field today. Moeaki continues to sit after suffering an injury last week in the scrimmage but his doesn't appear to be a big deal. Harris went down last week and we haven't seen him since. He hasn't even been out on the practice field on the bikes.
Returning: CB Travis Daniels
He missed practice the last two days and had no noticeable injury.
Looney has all the details of the practice you'll want to check out at KCChiefs.com (I'm not up there today) but here's his play of the day.
RB Thomas Jones showed off his throwing skills in 11 vs. 11 work on the goal line. In a play that Chiefs fans are accustomed to seeing out of longtime AFC West foe LaDainian Tomlinson, Jones took a direct snap and a few steps towards the line of scrimmage before stopping to float a TD pass to Dwayne Bowe The play caught the defense off guard and Jones sold the fake draw perfectly.
Looney also reports that the Chiefs did some carded plays two days before they face off against the Atlanta Falcons.
