Fantasy Advise Needed - Chiefs related

Hello APers!

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!  I am in a 12 team keeper league with the following starters: QB, RB, RB, WR, WR, TE, K, and DEF.  Here is my predicament, as I am in the 4th draft position.  I REALLY like DBowe as a great value pick in the 5th round due to his lackluster numbers last year (I mean this is great value especially with the rumors of his hot start at camp).  Now, I have the 21st pick as well (at the end of the 2nd round).  I believe there is a good chance Jamaal Charles will be there for this pick.  BUT, my question is whether or not it would be wise to have a RB and a WR from the same team?  It seems like it would be rare for both of them to put up big numbers in the same game....but they are both great value where I would take them.  TOUGH CHOICE!  I am interested in anyone's thoughts on this situation.  I am a kool-aid drinker, and think the offense will be high-powered this year, but in the back of my mind I keep thinking about last year's offense..and it scares me.  Another question would be if you had to choose between Charles in the late 2nd round or Bowe in the early 5th round, who would you choose?  Which is a better positional round value?

Any help would be appreciated - thanks in advance for any input on the matter!
