Yes, Jones will be a bust . . .
but only in fantasy value. He will NOT get the carries he had last year and therefore will NOT get the yards. That being said, he is adding incredible value to the Chiefs offense and is the key to Charles having a good season.
In the 1st Denver game last season...
We picked-off Orton…got the ball to the 1/2 yard line…and had to run a pitch from the goalline formation…lost 3 yards, ended-up taking a field goal. Jones isn’t going to put-up 1,000 yards this season, but he’s going to convert when we need it. I think the other thing he’ll do it wear-down bad run defenses. 2 yard runs can hurt a defense…and I mean literally hurt as in when Jones barrels into your gut head-first, it hurts. that guy ain’t gonna tackle so well on the next play, which may be the play where he’s only got the angle for an arm-tackle on JC.

Maybe...
You have to remember, Jaamal is one play away from not playing the rest of the season (as is everybody else). RBs get hurt a lot from all the punishment they take. No guarantee that he will be healthy all year. When he is not i’m 100% comfortable with TJ stepping in and grinding out the yardage.

Jones will not be a fantasy bust.
Who do you really think is going to get the carries inside the 5 yard line this season? Even if he doesn’t get the yards he’ll get the TDs. He’s not a great value for RB1 but for RB2 or a flex spot Jones will be good.

I think it is how you define "Bust"
If you compare his fantasy stats (yards and TD’s) LY and TY, I think he will be considered a bust. But, I agree he will be a RB2 or RB3 in most leagues which is not a bust!
Didn't most of Charles TDs last year come from like 20+ yards out?
TJ will get the goal line carries definitely.
yes...that's exactly what we brought him in here for

All I really care about is what happens on the field.
Fantasy football is fine for those who care to play, but for me it is totally irrelevant.
"The Hammer"
Jones and Charles will both be fantasy busts.
Too much sharing the load, both are too talented to not get carries but doing so will waterdown thier numbers. Bowe will be a decent to good option because he is so good in the redzone. McCluster will rack up yards but I suspect a only handfull of touchdowns. Tony Mo will prolly be a nice mid-season pickup, thats when I think he gets the starts. Cassel will be a decent QB due to the improved line and the improved offense.
Go Chiefs.
Word.
Sharing the load
keeps JC fresher. His legs will be there to break off touchdowns more of the time. Sharing will be the best thing for JC this year.
We will have two rookies on our squad sharing Rookie of the Year honors.

...
How can a guy bust with arms the size of water mains and legs? How can a player bounce back when he was never that far forward? And, yes DM will be the FF players bromance of 2010.

Statistically, Jones was around the top five for many of the major RB categories last season with guys like Adrian Peterson, Chris Johnson, and Ray Rice. If you draft TJ around the same time those guys are picked he WILL be a bust.
If someone asks you if you want extra mayonnaise you have to say yes, cus that's part of it.
