In June, Kansas City Chiefs head coach Todd Haley hit his second highest approval rating of all time. That was 94% and the highest Haley's ever been voted is 95%, back in August 2009. We were all jacked up about Haley's off season conditioning work that we thought he was finally turning things around in KC. Which he is. It just didn't happen last season.
