Then there's Kansas City, where former Cowboys receivers coach Todd Haley patrols the sidelines. The duo had a dust-up in 2006, with T.O. teeing off on Haley in the aftermath of the brouhaha.
"There will be no more friendly nothing because I don't trust anybody like that," Owens said. "I will go out and practice hard. I will respect him as a coach, and he should respect me as a player. Anything outside of that I am not going to be able to deal with. Right now, we are merely coworkers, and that's it."
They won't be coworkers again. In an interview with 96.5 The Buzz in Kansas City (via NFL.com), Owens said he won't be playing for the Chiefs. "Me and Todd Haley, we don't get along," Owens said.

This story is making the rounds
It started with this FanShot by Nick Britt (first time it was mentioned anywhere) then continued with my story….now it’s everywhere.
I find it very interesting to see the cycle of a story like that.
I think it's more of a testament
to how well-oiled the AP machine is at scouring the globe for anything Chiefs related, and then having it posted in some fashion hours or days before anywhere else.
If you can sack groceries, you can sack a QB... right?
The kool-aid is now Berry flavored.
I`m a T.O fan but....
the only teams I can see him signing for are the Titans, Jags or the Browns? If I were him I`d be worried because when Marvin Harrison found himself without a team there were the usual rumours as to which teams could be interested but no one took a chance….
As regards to the Chiefs we defo need a reliable WR…..If Bowe struggles again the pressure will be on Chambers to do everything…..I think the front office have done well signing Urban and McCluster but Cassel will need as much help as possible……I pressume the Chiefs will wait till teams trim their rosters in the hope of signing a gem but I think that could be risky because anyone good will probably sign for the Redskins or Bears instead……Oh well lets hope Lawrence or Grimes step it up :)

....
..I`ve booked my Tuesday off work….first game is a 3.15am kick off here and didn`t think it was wise to then go straight to work for an 8am start(done that before and spent the day in a zombified state)

Given the choice of either Haley or
T.O., I would definitely choose Haley. So, who really cares what T.O. thinks? Certainly, not I. I for one am glad we do not have distractions like T.O. on the team. I will give him credit for acting somewhat more maturely the last year or two, but that is about it.
