Expectations for Day 3

The Chiefs have done well so far, getting dynamic playmakers on both the offensive and defensive sides of the ball. Eric Berry transforms the secondary. Mccluster gives us a offensive weapon and I really think Javier Arenas is an upgrade over Brandon Carr. Asamoah gives up depth and options along the offensive line and Moeki will provide competition at the Tight End position.

The Chiefs have no picks in 4th, 6th, and 7th rounds as of right now. They only have the 4th and 11th selections in the 5th round. They chiefs still have areas of need at NT, pash rusher, and inside linbacker. Could the Chiefs move up to get Cam Thomas? He is best option still on the board and only a slim chance he falls to round 5. If the Chiefs stay put I look for them to take either Micah Johnson, George Selvie, or Thadeus Gibson. Johnson could compete for the starting ILB. Gibson or Selvie give us pass rushing depth. If anything were to happen to Tamba Hali right now our pass rush could return to 2008 historically bad levels.
