I have been following AP religiously for over a year now. In addition to any and all things Chiefs I have noticed over the year that many members of this site are glad to talk about BBQ. Beings how BBQ is a strong tradition in KC I thought I would ask some of you for some advice.
I am getting a new Weber grill this week and I am looking to get my grilling skills up to a respectable level. Maybe some of you guys have some pointers for a novice.
For example, I am really wondering if I need good home made recipes for rubs and sauce or if a particular store bought will do as I am interested in making some good spare ribs as my first venture on my new grill.
I really look forward to any pointers you guys can share.
