Full disclosure, I’m in the camp (pretty much by myself here on AP) that thinks it wasn’t about draft pick compensation, instead either Boldin’s preference for playing in Balt or the $$ Balt was willing to spend, but he did say Balt would have to give up a 2nd rounder to get Q.
Hope he’s right on this one, I do think he has some legit sources, I also think he’s been wrong several times in the past as well.
I do like that he’s hungry and works hard. BY FAR the best asset 610 has, even though that doesn’t say much.
