Veteran defensive tackle Damione Lewis, the first of three first-round picks by the Rams in 2001, has been cut by the Panthers, a league source tells us. Lewis signed with the Panthers as an unrestricted free agent in 2006. He started all 16 games in 2009 for the first time in his career.

Werent the panthers desperate
for tackles this year and thats what lead them too the trading for tank
He's short and light and never played NT in his career.
Next!

Definitely not!
I watched this lazy, injury proned fella waste the Rams time and hopes. I’m not impressed by his abilities or work ethic. I don’t see him changing from a lazy 3-technique to a solid NT.
Lewis was an overrated prospect coming out of Da U
And he remains an unimpressive player today. Pass.
I have beat wholesale ass for a whole lot less.
