Chiefs Losing General Counsel To The Pac-10
The Kansas City Chiefs are losing one of their own to the Pac-10, according to a Chiefs press release.
The Chiefs legal Chief is packing up and heading out west. Woodie Dixon, officially referred to as the Chiefs General Counsel/Director of Salary Cap, will be heading to Walnut Creek, California and joining the Pac-10 Conference as the league's new general counsel and vice president of business affairs.
Basically, Dixon worked with the salary cap planning and assisted in contract affairs.
Of course, if you read Arrowhead Pride then you knew about this move over a week ago (via WtexKC).
The Chiefs also recently hired Trip MacCracken, a salary cap specialist.
