Our Old Players valued by their new teams
I've been watching NFL Network every night. Some of the news is starting to get really redundant. For example, I'm tried of seeing LT run all over our Chiefs last year. With that being said, I've taken notice of how other teams value our trash. It's pretty interesting how they've tendered their restricted free agents. Feel free too add to the list.
The Texans have assigned a first-round tender to restricted free agent SS Bernard Pollard.
An impact run defender with some ability to make plays on the ball, Pollard is expected to be a candidate for a long-term deal this offseason. The Texans may still balk at such a proposition due to Pollard's past inconsistencies. He didn't even make the Chiefs out of training camp last year.

Cowboys extended an original draft-pick tender to restricted free agent DT Junior Siavii. Siavii has never lived up to his second-round draft status, but the Cowboys will bring him back for another season as Jay Ratliff's backup.

The Panthers extended an original pick tender to restricted free agent DT Tank Tyler.
Tyler was a third-round pick in 2007 and won't intrigue teams after three disappointing seasons in the NFL. He'll fight for a roster spot in Carolina.

With the turnover in players we had in the past 4-5 years
you are going to see this all over the place. When Herm tore it down there were several former Chiefs all across the league. Several guys popped up on other squads and in the CFL. Once we get some stability in the coming years its likely you wont see this unless they leave via Free Agency.
Regardless of who the Chiefs pick at #5 overall, Whitlock will call it the worst pick in the history of the Chiefs. Heres to hoping that #5 pick runs Whitlock out of town.....
ummmmmmmmmmm ... curious where you came up with ...

… since it was like 2 or 3 games into the season last year when he was given his unconditional release

Whitlock Rocks!
hi, Mo!
5 minutes!!!
What?
They released before the first game in the final cuts.
1. Suh will fall to us at 5
2. McClain will fall to us at 2a
3. The Chiefs will trade DJ and keep Dorsey

I don't care what anyone says
I still like Pollard and wish him the best.
