Charlie Weis And The Chiefs Hang Out With Jon Bon Jovi
On Monday evening I noticed there were a few sightings via Twitter of the Kansas City Chiefs GM Scott Pioli, head coach Todd Haley and offensive coordinator Charlie Weis at the Sprint Center in Kansas City.
The reason? Jon Bon Jovi.
Apparently they had pretty good seats. One person who had sixth row tickets said they noticed those three in front of him. The perks of running the local football team? Apparently so.
Jon Bon Jovi took to Twitter after the event and mentioned Mr. Weis.
Had a great time in Kansas City! Spent the day with the Chiefs & coach Weis.
I know Pioli is pretty big into music so I guess that makes two big music fans.

I hear ya...but, it could have been worse.
They could have been seen hanging out at a George Michael concert.

Agreed
I thought Joel said Pioli is into music, not retarded monkeys banging on musical instruments.

Bon Jovi is big into football too
Don’t forget that Bon Jovi once owned an AFL team—the Philadelphia Soul.
Yeah. How could I have forgotten THAT?
lol.

they probably were able to bust out all of the unworn Zubas.
those are considered black tie in some parts of Jersey.
I had a pair of chief's zubas until last year
I left the house in them and my wife blew up. I agreed to give them up in exchange for a jersey.
Thinking it might be the Berry jersey in a few weeks.

Why would Redskins Zubas have an Arrowhead on the pocket? ( ;

I know, but these were the closest match I could find to mine
but I did discover that they are making new zubaz, and they are almost as haggard as the old ones were.
That said, I will probably get a pair.

New Zubaz?
How can you possibly improve on such a flawless design?

one of the best finds I ever had...
At a thrift store I found a NICE pair of Chiefs Zubaz for $2 that fit GREAT…got them about 1 year ago and wear them almost every Sunday while the Chiefs play
second best find was a framed Hulk Hogan poster for $3 that ended up having about 8 wrestling posters behind it all from the late 80s early 90s
Go Chiefs!
and
Boomer Sooner!

Great... I can already hear the theme song for this year:
Whooooaahhhh, we’re halfway there,
Whoa-ohh, livin on a prayer
Take my hand we’ll make it – I swear
Whoa-ohh, livin on a prayer.

Thats going to be the new cardio work out during training camp
Haley will have them running stadium stairs at Missouri Western and making them jump across the aisles all while blasting Bon Jovi.
Charlie Weis already approves of this. Said he lost 5 pounds by doing this simple workout.

ok, so my only question is ...
Weis and Pioli hanging out with Bon Jovi cuz they think it makes them look like cool bigshots, or …
… the other way around?
{{like dude, I got to hang with Pioli and Weis and it was like, so COOL, man!}}
