Chiefs recognize local autistic football player
Last week at the 101 Awards banquet the Kansas City Chiefs recognized Kyle Weafer. Kyle is a local high school kid who has inspired everyone with his story. Living with autism, Kyle has met many challenges head on. When many thought it impossible, he became a member of both the Blue Valley Northwest Husky football and wrestling squads.
At the 101 pre-party, he spoke with all the gridiron celebrities present. GM Scott Pioli, HC Todd Haley, both of the Chiefs coordinators, QB Matt Cassel, G Brian Waters, P Dustin Colquitt, Succop… the list goes on and on. Throughout the evening, it was Kyle that seemed to have his photo taken more than anyone else in the room.
A great story that makes me proud to be a Chiefs' fan.

Scott Pioli will find a way to make NT the biggest offseason priority.
KC Will Trade Derrick Johnson
No problem
I always love to read about the Chiefs doing good in the community, I thought this story was especially good.
