Broncos Sign Former Pats Player Chiefs Were Reportedly Pursuing
Last week a report came out of the Providence Journal that the Kansas City Chiefs were pursuing former New England Patriots defensive lineman LeKevin Smith.
Smith is a 6'3", 308 pound defensive end with heavy 3-4 experience.
The Patriots traded him last August to the Denver Broncos.
The Chiefs might have been pursuing but they won't sign him. According to the Denver Broncos official Twitter feed, Smith signed with Denver.
The Chiefs are already deep (and young) at defensive end so this isn't a major loss by any means.

* KC now has the best coaching staff in the league
* 9-7 is a real possibility in 2010 IF the Chiefs get 4 new starters
* keep Albert at LT, upgrade the positions that NEED upgrading.C, RG, NT, S, LB
Same here.
Magee showed he can play and Gilberry surprised me this year when he did play. Even came up big with a key stop in our game which we won against Pittsburgh

(which for the most part we are currently loosing).
LeKevin at DE is like another Dorsey but with less talent. He is a converted DT.
Fact. Bears eat beets. Bears. Beets. Battlestar Galactica.
Meh!
Wait....Stop.....It is not hands that call us, tis desire.
doesnt bother me AT ALL...if they plan to keep dorsey...then we have 3 ends, 4 with gilberry...
I think he had about the same chance as our all LSU line did.
Scott Pioli will find a way to make NT the biggest offseason priority.
KC Will Trade Derrick Johnson
Not a loss but if you cant tell Pioli is being very very active from the sounds of it.
So the haters can stuff it.

I love watching the Donks build their D with old vets.
When our youngsters are hitting their stride Denver will be hurting because of all these old guys they have starting and they won’t have near the development with thier youngsters that we do. I have a feeling that the 2010’s will be the Chiefs decade!!!

hi, Mo!
5 minutes!!!
No, but we do have
Flowers Carr Hali TJAX and Dorsey. 9 of 11 starters on the Donk’s D are over 30. I guess if you would rather have that then you need to change teams. Shaun Smith is 28 not quite 30 bud.
