Chiefs players in high school

Bored at home with a fractured foot. Started looking through some players at rivals and got the idea to look up chief-drafted players for fun. interesting stats:

Star-divide

the stars at the bottom of each player's stats are each player's ratings coming out of high school (out of 5)

edit: some of the stats are exaggerated to make the players more appealing to scouts (for example, branden albert is listed at 6'7" on rivals and 6'5" on nfl.com).

Everyone except for Flowers

apparently got shorter in college lol…funny how that works.

The studs from the 2010 draft class will be: DT Ndamukong Suh, S Eric Berry, RB C.J. Spiller, RB Jahvid Best, WR Arrelious Benn, WR Golden Tate, WR Mardy Gilyard, OT Charles Brown, CB Kyle Wilson and S Chad Jones

I'm calling BS on Haden's squat and bench max

And there’s no way the 40 bench reps were at 225lbs. Someone’s doing a little self-reporting.

Boycott Facebook. It's lame. Inform your real friends that you're going to communicate with them like a normal human being, and then delete your account. Seriously.

+1

No chance he put up 40. They wouldn’t even try and pass that off, so I’m guessing it’s a typo or at a lower weight.

they rep 185lbs in most high school combines. for example the nike combines, underarmour combines, usc’s ect. the only comine isnt the pre-nfl draft one. they do it all the time at the high school level for college scouts as well.

also, players dont make the profiles for themselves. this isnt facebook where they update their status an shit lol. rivals makes the profiles for these guys & the numbers are reported from coaches & scouts.

I know they don't make profiles for themselves

But unless the players are invited to and work out at junior combines, most of the times and workout numbers you see are either self-reported or provided by the players’ coaches.

Who said anything about facebook, other than my signature line?

hahah i think this is hilarious

to see their old pictures! look at bowes and cassels cracks me up

You're a goddamn quarterback! You know what that means? It's the top spot, kid. It's the guy who takes the fall. It's the guy everybody's looking at first - the leader of a team - who will support you when they understand you. Who will break their ribs and their noses and their necks for you, because they believe. 'Cause you make them believe. That's a quarterback.

Cassel can lead us.
