An OT prospect to watch
Charles Brown from USC could be a great pick for the Chiefs if he happens to slip out of the first round. He's 6'6" 298 and quick, so he would fit the ZB scheme perfectly.
"Brown really burst onto the scouting scene when he shut down Penn State's Aaron Maybin in the 2009 Rose Bowl. A converted tight end, Brown is loaded with upside. He has as much potential as any lineman in this year's draft"

i like the converted TE aspect
Brian Waters seems to be doing a decent job for us, several Pro Bowls, Man of the Year, maybe just maybe we could snag this guy and Waters can give him a few pointers!
Warriors come out and play
as long as he doesn't play kicker, that'd be ok, right?
* KC now has the best coaching staff in the league
* Pioli will make at least one trade in the offseason, and 2 trades during the draft
* I'd prefer "lightning and lightning" as opposed to "lightning and thunder" when it comes to RBs
* 9-7 is a real possibility in 2010 IF the Chiefs get 4 new starters
Would his teacher come on board too?
Wah wah wah…

He's probably a late first rounder...
but, if he were to slide to KC’s 2nd rounder… he could be a steal.
this would be a good pick for the hmills strategy, go defense in the 1st, grab an OT in the 2nd that would have a chance to start, or at least push the current starters, in the 2nd.
I’d like this strategy better than a 1st round OT, as long as they get a WR, NT and C later on.

I like Brown, but I don't think he would be better than Albert, and not big or stong enough to play guard.
I still hope we get Pouncey or Walton somewhere in the draft. If we take a tackle it is to move Albert to guard so it has to be an upgrade.
i just hope they draft players
that “dont” need to get into shape at camp. No reason to draft an O-lineman just to make him lose weight. If we did get this guy, and Colin Brown returns from injury, we could see some interesting competitions at camp.

Gotta watch Pete Carroll
Probably will be snagging his guys like Jimmy Johnson did.

I don't think there is anyway he slips past Lions in second round or Colts in round 1
but if he did, I think he would be a good player
Ciron Black
He should be available in the 3rd or 4th round and would shore up RG/RT position. We can also shore up our center position with pick in the 4th or one of our 5th round selections. If our Oline played as well all season as it did in the last 6 games, we are set. Drafting a WR that can get separation and (big and) catch the ball will help our Oline more than a new body.
What, Wade Smith isn't the answer at RG?
(Maybe that depends on the question)….LOL.

Black
I liked him all season.
His stock dropped a lot, I guess he got eaten alive by speed rushers at the senior bowl
But, he could be worth a look in the later rounds.
I agree that the OL looked VERY solid, especially against the donks… but, you have to keep injecting talent to keep improving
