Answer: Derrick Thomas and Neil Smith
cause that was the last time Gunther had a good defense.
James Hastey and Dale Carter

I would take a draft pick for Morgan
He has potential, but hasn’t shown it yet… should be easy to replace
* KC now has the best coaching staff in the league
* Pioli will make at least one trade in the offseason, and 2 trades during the draft
* I'd prefer "lightning and lightning" as opposed to "lightning and thunder" when it comes to RBs
* 9-7 is a real possibility in 2010 IF the Chiefs get 4 new starters
as would I
I’d also let Edwards go for next to nothing because it would mean we’re guaranteed to find a REAL NT asap.
Bask in the glory that is Kwame Harris. Poor Alex...
yeah, but you might want to keep ol Ron around...
until the new guy came on board… I wouldn’t want to have to sign Kenny Smith or Lokey again :)

Ron Edwards is actually a decent backup. It’s when he has to play more than about 10-15 snaps per game that he wears down and his weaknesses are exposed.
yep
gotta keep the big fatties fresh

Love me some fresh patties...
oooo you said fresh fatties, my bad.
"Charles In Charge"
"Defense Wins Championships"
Yup Edwards will still be here next year for sure.
Like you guys said…he’s actually pretty good when he’s fresh.

So..
Gunther is waiting around for the Chiefs defensive players, not exactly the highest aspirations.
Wonder if they’ll make the move and be as good as Kendrell Bell.. Or Carlos Hall? Or any of the other players he thought would make his defense a championship defense?’
Bottom line: SO glad we have Romeo Crennel and not the Gun.
home, of the....CHIEEEEEFS!
maybe we can get Romeo some of those "shooters glasses" that Gun is always wearing?
just for old times sake :)

He prolly wants
bernie pollard…….but was a little late on that boat
Is there anyone here that can explain to me...
how Gunther Cunningham still has a job somewhere?
i sure he would love to have dorsey in his detroit kittens.. and possibly a vision of drafting suh in draft to make a beasty defense...
just a thought…
if they get suh
then he might one day look like he’s a good DC again.
Seriously mates, when have I ever been sarcastic?
Oh and in case you were wondering, that hug offer is still there when you are ready UC :p
Yeah, well...
If a team has enough talent, even I could “look like” a good DC. A good DC can make something with the talent on hand…and Gun hasn’t done that in a long time.
hince why i said he'd LOOK like a good DC
and not would be a good DC.
