KC Fan's expecations
If you can remember last year. The discussions surrounded Mays being our MLB. We talked about drafting a QB. We were concerned about Meoaki. DBowe had his "show". Our O Line was small and old. Haley was a hot head. Weis is no good. Egoli? I haven't heard that one in a while.
So as we stand here on the 29th. In a few weeks, we'll have a playoff game in Arrowhead. We're 1 year removed from a 4 win season. We've had 10 wins over the past three seasons. 2.7 is a distant memory. We now have playmakers all over the team. Free Agents will want to be part of our team now. Players like Anquan Boldin may choose to sign with us, rather than use us for leverage. With all of that in mind, where's your head at? I keep saying I'm thrilled with 10+ wins. Now we have a home playoff game to boot. Anything over 8 wins would have been gravy for me. Now, we're being tempted by a chance to compete for the Trophy. Try to remove all emotions. Answer the poll. I'm curious where our collective heads are at.

we've had a KICKASS season ... win or lose
if we’d lost and not made the playoffs at all, I’d still have said it was a DAMNED good year … but this … THIS … oh, you have no idea … THIS … is BEEEEEEEE-YOOOOOOO-TIFUL

Come back, Jason!
hi, Mo! 5 minutes!!!
It's been a good year!
I’ve had to raise the bar a bit a few weeks back. I too was an 8-8 guy. 2 wins, then 4. 8 wins this year should be reasonable, right? We got there and then it moved to 10-6. Well now it’s 11-5 and at least 1 win in the playoffs. A little more kool aid and I’d say 2 or 3 wins in the playoffs and an appearance in the SB. The last few weeks, and the last week have been f ‘n AWESOME! I’ve been to the OAK game 6 or 8 times. The last 3 years have not been good. Time to send those battery slingers back to the black hole. (I know it’s their fans but why let that get in the way of a little divisional hate)
You Play to Win the game!!!
Why are these the only 2 options on this poll?
You always have to take advantage of opportunities but that does not mean if the Chiefs would happen to go 1 and out that they did not have a great season.
I haven’t ever understood the discussion that when the Chiefs exceeded our expectations early that we had to re-evaluate those expectations. Just because your child walks at 6 months instead of 1 year doesn’t mean you should then change your expectation of them going to college at 18 to going at age 14.

I'll be amazed
with a couple wins. We have the team to do it especially since we will host a game. If we somehow go one and done of course I’ll be upset. That won’t take away from the great year and the even better year we will have next year.

With our record at home I see us winning at home and losing on the road at Pittsburgh.
"It's still real to me dammit!"
I'd be more than satisfied
If we lost our next two games. This season has been so far beyond my expectations…I thought we’d win 6 or 7 games, with an upside of 8.
Its been awesome
I’ll be happy that they just made the playoffs after the abomination the last 3 years were. I’ll be ecstatic if they win a playoff game (I kinda expect them to beat the Jets). If they were to happen to go to the big show I’d probably cry
This team has currently exceeded my expectations by 1 or 2 games.
It is now time to adjust the expectation for this season. KC has been playing as solid football as anyone in the league as of late. If they keep that up, winning it all is certainly a possibility. Good play will beat bad play no matter which side gets the lucky breaks, most of the time. In the playoffs, most of the teams that bring bad play are gone. That means that the teams with the most lucky breaks should have the best chance of winning. If the Chiefs maintain the same quality of play and the ball bounces the right way, they should have as good of a shot at taking it all as any team participating.
