How do you know the breakdown of home vs. away
with the NFC North and the AFC East?
You think it's coincidence that I bleed red?
You can see it on the Mothership
They are already advertising it to season tic holders
This is now the 3rd fanshot about this in the last 2 days.
Sorry, bored at work on Christmas Eve Eve.
It could be worse, it could be a draft shot :)
O'Callaghan: "What was the call?"
Cassel: "You made it work! That's all that matters! Who gives a (blank) what I called?"
Officially went from Cassel doubter to Cassel backer with that quote. Thank you Matt.
If they go to 18 games
I doubt it would start next year. 2012 at the earliest. Also, I’m not to worried about the schedules. Every year ever team gets a schedule, and every fans talks about how “easy” or “tough” it will be. But every calculation is based on the previous season. You think last August Tennessee was worried about coming to Arrowhead in December? Or that we’d be worried about playing the Rams to keep our playoff hopes alive? It just won’t make a difference once things get into motion.
You can say that about individual teams, but not necessarily about divisions
Look at the NFC West. Tell me you weren’t happy as hell to see that division on the schedule. And while NYJ, Mia, NE might indivdually be up or down, you can almost guarantee that at least two of those teams will be top notch. And most likely all 3.

Honestly, I stay pretty ambivalent when the schedule comes out. We’ll either do well or we won’t same as any team. I try not to get caught up in whether or not a schedule is “easy” or “hard” only because if you’re team is good enough to win a Super Bowl it shouldn’t matter. And if your team ISN’T good enough to win a Super Bowl…it shouldn’t matter.
the good news
they still get to play the Broncos twice!
Assuming they can at least split with the division… that’s at least 3 wins… could beat MIA, BUF, DET, that’s 6
MIN and NYJ are on the level where KC hopes to be next year… so, maybe 1 win from those two… that’s 7
Then, you gotta steal one or two from the games you aren’t expected to win… but, yeah… that’s a tougher schedule.
It's all about the gameplan
At least...
the hard teams are at home with the exception of Green Bay, San Diego, and Indy or Pittsburgh. I think we can improve enough to go toe to toe with all of those teams.

Minny? They’re awful. Jets? They’re overrated.
What’s blown me away with Minny this year is yes Brett Favre flopped and Chilly is a sucky coach but what the hell happened to their defense? They have no reason to be playing so badly defensively.

Looking at that strength of schedule telsls me two things
We play 5 games against prolific passing teams. We will need to hanger greatly improve on our pass rush if we want to have a chance at winning.
We will also be playing some top tier defenses. Another solid receiver will need to be added along side Bowe in order to be more balanced and less predictable.

aren't we suppose to be in chicago?
that’s what a post said last week.
i pray and hope that we will be in chicago so i can actually get a shot to see my first kc game. if not then im screwed for another 4 years
CHIEFS WILL
BELIEVE, BELIEVE, BELIEVE!
Nope, Chicago is coming to KC, KC played @ Chi in 07
The home game flips every four years.
You can always head for Minnesota :)
KC’s 2007 schedule when they played the NFC North is here.
