Statistics are not good for the Raiders being our final opponent
According to my calculations, teams that play the Raiders are 1-8 the following week. Since we play them Week 17, that means the following week would be the playoffs.
Please someone talk me off of this cliff. One and done again? Ahhhhhhhhhh!

I don't think it's coincidence
It’s the only explanation I can come up with for losing to Denver. I mean, they are terrible!
Maybe the Chiefs are not a very good football team on the road.
The have not played well, and better start to this week, or they will find themself sitting at home watching the playoffs on their tv’s.

Agreed
I think the Chiefs still aren’t a very good team. They are much better than last year, but dont think they are quite there yet. Playing at home with the crowd noise and everything gives them a boost, but going on the road they’ve been pretty bad.
It is a good sign for next year though that theyve made this much progress in one year and we can hope next year they will really be a legitimate team.
Hey now
Terrible is such a strong word…. =P

I wouldn't worry, we'll have a first round bye anyway ;)
Can we be the AFC West Champions in 2010. You better believe it
Hali and Flowers are Pro Bowlers, even if the NFL fails to realise it
can we like, you know ... actually GET to the playoffs BEFORE we concern outselves with a possible one and out scenario?
how many of us even thought the team would be doing this well, 6-4 after 10 games? not that many … much less would we be atop the division and competing for a playoff spot
relax, people, enjoy the ride … and what a fun ride it’s been so far :-)
