There have been numerous WRs who have broke out this year (from 200 yd 1 td type seasons to legit starting over average WRs), Mike Williams, Steve Johnson, Brandon Lloyd, Johnny Knox, Austin Collie, Davone Bess, Kenny Britt, and the names go on and on and on. Not to mention the many rookie WR who have surpassed expectations.
So with the trend of breakout WRs, don't you think the Chiefs should get a piece of the action? I think Verran Tucker could be that guy. Chris Chambers is no more than a 11th man who legalizes each play. He is beyond ineffective and has somehow forgot to get open. With the way we run our offense, trying out a new #2 WR couldnt hurt the game plan at all, and if the replacement was effective, he could easily help it. If not Tucker, Terrance Copper. But we need a #2 WR who can get open.
