The Kansas City Chiefs and Indianapolis Colts have played each other 19 times with the Colts winning 12 of those. The Colts are 12-7 overall against the Chiefs including 3-0 in the playoffs.

Oct. 31, 2004: Chiefs win, 45-35 (Green passing: 389 yards, 3 TDs)

Jan. 6, 2007: Chiefs lose, 23-8 (Total offense: IND 435, KC 126)

Nov. 18, 2007: Chiefs lose, 13-10 (Teams missed 4 FGs in this contest)
