Tough loss, but I'm feeling better after getting an 1917 buffalo nickel at a liquor store in change. All in all thats not the point.

I was at a sports bar in Reno Nevada. When I walked in 45 mins early at 10:15 I see 20 steelers and a small room full of Packer fans. I was like whatever glad they met in one place outside of there region. Since Reno is San Fran and Oakland territory they have later games so there where none of there fans there. I was thinking maybe one or two more chiefs fan but nope none. The first half kicks off and not a chiefs fan or texans fan. The place was full not a seat in the house except in front of me. It was not one conversation piece I could do as I did a low fist pump as the chiefs got there fist touchdown as I was in uncharted water. Then the first quarter is over a texans fan showed up and happen to be the only empty seat in front of me as I was listening to the steelers game but watching the chiefs game.

The guy was nice we talked about our weaknesses and strengths. He was from Houston and me originally from the KC area it made it nice to talk to real fans of there teams instead of bandwagons. Yeah he was hoping to make it to OT and got angry because he thought it was offense pass interference on flowers. He was stunned just like every other non chief fan in there.

Ok i'll get to the point I'm wondering Is it harder to be a chiefs fan when your silently wishing you don't get hit with a beer bottle from another team. I know I'm in a bad area because I can't go to a raiders game without 10 others. I know some Raider Fans and they say "I like you but I will never take you there for your safety and mine." So the only thing I can do is hope the chiefs play in my market or find a good bar. So if there is a bar where people go to in Reno it would be much appreciated.

This can also be for anyone outside the region to find a chiefs haven. So if you know a place in NY to So cal where people meet it would be nice to make a comment. Chiefs Nation Strong!
