Maybe Weis is trying to fix Cassel buy preventing him from getting sacked too much. Maybe he's trying to get him out of the old 'run for your life' mentality, and maybe that's why we are not only seeing less sacks, but also less shots taken down the field (where Matt has more potential to get sacked)
