The Elusive Peyton Manning Interception ~by Tamba Hali and Jon McGraw
I was torn on what exactly to put into this one. I knew that Hali was a given. That shot of him all bloody after harassing Peyton all day long was just priceless. So I started working on a closeup of him that I was going to make very dramatic.
I didn't like that idea the closer that I got to completing it. Right when I had most of the painting done, I decided to pull back and do an action shot like I had been doing all these weeks. It just seemed right.
These guys are making me work. This was very much a team play.
Hat tip to Romeo Crennel.

Here are a few closeups that I'm proud of
I spent so much time on his face early on, I thought I’d show it off a little.

My wife has been trying to find a good pic like this of Bloody Tamba
to make a poster for me for Christmas. Are you OK with her using your work?
Oh, great work man.
I have to comment every week...
because I want you to know how awesome your work is and make sure you know how much people enjoy it. Rec’d as usual.
