The Onion Mocks The Chiefs; Kansas City Is Relevant Again

Stay connected for news and updates

Well, well. We've been complaining about the lack of national media coverage and respect in Kansas City for a while but I think the Kansas City Chiefs may finally be relevant again.

Why?

Because The Onion is mocking them in their "Fan On The Street" section today, where "football fans" give us their comments about the Chiefs:

"Right now they're playing exciting football. Which is to say they will lose when they play someone decent."

"Yes, the NFL still requires a team to win the AFC West."

"Who knew Shaun Smith grabbing opposing linemen's junk was the secret to winning?"

Yes, those are jabs at our beloved Kansas City Chiefs. But at least they're jabs!
