- Heres an idea. Start grooming Brian Waters for a coaching position on this team. I see him playing maybe 2 or 3 more years, and he is The Leader on the squad right now. He seems to have the smarts and is able to communicate on a level the players understand and the ability to buy in on the culture of the organization. Waters has learned his craft well. He has a mine set that would make him the ideal OL coach when his playing days are over. I understand that he has taken care of his financial future so we might be hardpressed to convince his to start at the bottom of the coaching tree, but I think the organization would benefit. Please don't trade him as a lot of you suggest. He is a Chief!!!
