The Chiefs Are Gonna Get Ya
I know I'm going to regret not saving this video for a rainy day but after watching it, I had to post it. Here's the description:
Chiefs promo that never aired. KC Wolf stunk up the studio in his sweaty outfit. I did the music, Max, Jaisson, and Debra sang, and an overbearing deaf know-it-all executive producer insisted on this incredibly lame mix.
The Chiefs fans in this video are a pretty good cross section of what Chiefs fans looked like in the 1990s. Zubaz? Yes please. Kevin Ross helmet to helmet tackle? I'll take one of those. Big grey sweatshirts with Chiefs in red cursive writing across the middle? Oh definitely.
This video took me back. Let us know if it did the same for you.

Huh
Is that a night game I saw at Arrowhead. Cant wait until I can go to a PRIME TIME CHIEFS GAME again. GO CHIEFS!!!!!!!!!!!
Wonder if we'll get a primetime game next year
Pending big offseason moves and the way we played toward the end of the season. Lets go boys!!! I cant take hockey n baseball I need NFL back!
No way we get Primetime
unless we pick up Favre like player and play that team early in the season or we “earn it” in the Flex scheduling.

that was terrible, could that be anymore corny "the Chiefs are gonna getcha"
i give an A for effort though
Thank goodness that never aired! Whew......
Dude…there were some real great defensive football players we had back then. If only we had that “D” with the high flying offense of Vermeil and Saunders, at least one Superbowl trophy would of been ours!
Opinions are like A--holes, everyones got one.
No QB?
Was there even one shot of a Chiefs QB in all the highlights? I can’t bear to listen to that awful, horrible music again or to see the stupid mascot glorified, so I’m not going to check, but I don’t remember a single shot of a KC QB, which explains a lot of the problems of that era. The mascot is deemed way more important than the QB, because the QB is like DeBerg or Bono or someone like that and there are hardly any highlights to show. I guess they could’ve shown DeBerg making a sweet play fake and dumping off to Todd McNair for a first down though.
