The Multiplier Effect When Drafting

So this is basically a question for Joel.  We all have opinions on the upcoming draft.

I suggest that when identifying a positional talent that there is a multiplier effect on the surrounding positions, players, both sides of the ball, when considering.  Example if we choose a T in the first round what would the multiplier effect be?  Example what if we choose a DT in the first round what would the multiplier effect be?  I must admit I dont have the knowledge or know how to answer this question but would love to read everyone thoughts.

So now to my question.  What position should we consider that would have the highest return on considering this Theory?
