Whats up my fellow band of brothers. Some of you have seen me comment here before, and probibly think i am abit bi-polar at times..lol. I havent been diagnosed with a condition yet, but my wife assures me that my Chiefs addiction isnt healthy. I've been warned here a few times (earned every one) and i've been rec'd here a few times as well. I believe Cassel has the class, attitude, and ability to win us alot of games. I believe that Haley was a rookie, and rookie's typically get embarrassed their first year in the league. I believe Pioli will make more good decisions that bad ones, and i believe with the new coordinators we have on the team... might actually get a prime time game this year. The offseason is the Kool-aid drinking time for me. Past few years, that has only fueled the fire once the season starts and all i got for Christmas was a dead hampster in a Wii Box...hahaha. I dont usually post, just because i might seem negative and iam not a real stat type of guy. Which leads me to my idea for this post. Since there has been some post recently about some of the everyday contributors here at A.P, and most topics are extremely well discussed.....why dont we try alittle friendly inside competition....Maybe i should paragraph here.
While we have some time before F.A. and the draft, would it be fun to have some debate competition on topics that normally draw the most attention here? Maybe Chris, Joel, or Matt could choose the topics, set the bracket, and judge any false presentation of information. Lol Thats if they wanted to or had the time. Iam not crazy, but i know we have the talent here to make this fun. Participation shouldnt be hard since we all know just how much we are here. I think it would be cool to read UCrawford vs. Bewsaf on the pro's or cons of the 3-4 or 4-3 (with or without Dorsey). Or my boy Krayfish vs. Gatsby on whether Cassel can win a championship. Lanier vs. uptmn on McClain or Berry's immediate effect on our defense. Craig in Calgary vs. Steve_Chiefs on Tim Tebow, if he's there in the 3rd round? Any topic good or bad. Most REC'S wins the round. Iam no good at this, because i believe in my gut feeling, not a hard core facts/scheme/technique type of guy. I think chemstry inside the locker room and on the field means everything, talent is mostly equal across the board. Just my opinion, but who am i? the mcee! LOL Maybe this can supplement or replace the weekly Mock Drafts atleast until we get closer to April. If this is something that sparks some interest give it a vote, if not....no worries. I just had a epiphany while i was reading and enjoying some of my mental medicine for the day. Alright fellas, i tried to keep it short for blurring purposes, iam going to refill my coool-aid cup and smoke another red eye cigarette. Sit back and read the smashing comments. Should be funny.
