A tale of two teams

    First I'll start by adding if this post jumps around from point to point I am sorry. I scatterbrain when I have alot to say, so I'll do my best. This year was a lot to grasp for me on one hand we looked different this year maybe the attitude ,maybe the effort, or maybe the fact that we BEAT DENVER IN DENVER!!!!! Ok, sorry about that j-man your a  great guy in a shitty city. Ok back to the point we looked different but still had nothing to show but yet again another dismal record and some more card shuffling in the coaches area thus far........and so my brain races

Is next year our year lol, no maybe the next. That's what I've honestly been thinking and we had some great things happen this year. Charles has showed us who is Larry Johnson? DJ has showed us he doesn't really care for the bench(seems like every play he's in he does well IMO) and Matt well we will get to him later. I'm just saying there has been very bright spots this year and we can continue to build I don't see a ceiling for this team. We played some hard games just to come up short as usual but I don't see that as being the norm around here anymore. The Dallas game was a heartbreaker and the Oakland game really let me down but I see games like that going are way next year. This will be the first full offseason everyone has together and even if big names don't fly I see us putting some right blocks in place. I don't think by any means we will win the superbowl next year or anything I just think we can compete for a playoff spot maybe?maybe?maybe? This team has proven when it wants to it can be a good football team. We know we can run the ball and with some help I think we can throw the ball well too. I really like where we are headed guys It couldn't be soon enough for me, but I'll wait forever if that what it takes. I watch these other teams in the playoffs and I don't really get excited for anything(The Jets made me happy though) because it's not my team. I know with the way things have came to be Clark hunt will not let his father's team falter for much longer. I believe he will fork up the money and hire the people required to put us back in the NFL headlines like this city and team deserve.

 

Now, the mean half of my brain lol. Why the hell did we only win that many games? Besides the reason we suck at everything possible in football other than giving the ball to Charles. Matt oh Matt, I don't know if I like you or hate you,but the one thing I do know is(OVERPAID). Why the hell do our recievers lube up before games they couldn't catch a disease (Chambers not included). I know we better hit the off season so hard lindsey lohan's snatch better itch because we are something awful to watch. The win in Denver although very nice to have means nothing, the Bronco's imploded and we were just playing well that week, but can we do that sixteen weeks the answer is no. I really had good hopes for this season and that didn't happen but I do believe. We were and will be a force to be tested in years to come and I will not abandon ship until we reach the promise land boys! So thank all of you for loving the team I love and sticking with it and believing like I do(most of you) that this will be a great team and when I'm sitting at the superbowl in 2014 watchin my team I won't even care about those years we tripped and had to get back up. Thank all of you again for posting and giving me a place to read and watch everything Chiefs. I also read every fanpost that comes through here and the writing is great and the debate is fantastic and even though I comment rarlely and post almost never I always appericiate all of it.
