Kyle, Wichita, KS1:14 PM ET Hey Jason, what are your thoughts on the Chiefs signing C. Weis and R. Crennel? Jason La Canfora, NFL Network I like it a lot. Both these guys are probably miss cast as head coaches, but in these roles they are great hires. It allows Haley to take a step back, takes some things off his plate and greatly upgrades that staff in my estimation. Getting Weis to mentor Cassell is huge. Still far from sold on the kid but this should help for sure.
