One Player Ruled Out for the Chiefs
While the rest of the buzz regarding the Chiefs and Broncos game surrounds the deactivation of WR Brandon Marshall, Todd Haley officially ruled G Andy Alleman out for Sunday's game.
Alleman has been used for depth at both guard positions this season. On the Chiefs depth chart, he's listed as the backup to both Brian Waters (LG) and Wade Smith (RG).
If we follow the depth chart, G Daryl Harris slides in to back up Waters and G/T Ikechuku Ndukwe moves behind Smith.
Per Josh Looney of KCChiefs.com, all other players are probably or not on the injury report.
DE Alex Magee (hamstring) and CB Brandon Flowers (shoulder) were previously on the practice report this week.

Makes me wonder if Andy
will be able to stick around after camp next year, seeing as he is injury prone.
Winning begins with Attitude - Haley and Pioli will be winners in KC!
I'll forever be a Chiefs fan! Only God himself could take that away from me, but when I get to my great reward, I'll rejoin two bigger fans, my Mom and Dad.
seems to be injury prone, I should have said

I hope so...
He’s a decent interior guy for backup duties.
Pictures say a thousand words...
he’s about to get ripped by henderson, and Cassell is looking the other way. There’s even alittle bit of a hold in there as well.
Heh. Well, we get another look at the other Miami reject, Ndukwe.
This time, rather than starting his first week in KC at RT (Talk about being thrown in the fire!), maybe we’ll get to see him actually play RG, which is where the microscope oughta be, right now.
Prediction for '09: Chiefs are looking like a .500 team, especially considering Denver's inattention to D-Line, Chokeland's disarray, and a San Diego team that looks like it's on the decline. With a weak schedule, Chiefs steal a few and win between 7 and 9 games, and if .500 or better, will contend for supremacy in a weak division.
I've been waiting to see him there all season.
He could be really good in that spot. It would be great if that position could be covered by someone already on the team.
