We should WANT Seymour to honor the last year of his contract

That way, he becomes a free agent after one year and is gone by the time the Raiders have to give up their 1st rounder.

That would be friggin sweet.

Apparently there's a rumor

That he’s being traded to the Chiefs instead for a 2nd in 2010. Don’t know how much truth there is to it, but I figured I’d share.

“I have a friend that is a Patriot fan that I just got off the phone with and he is telling me that Seymour doesn’t want to play for the Raiders and that the deal may not be done, Patriots Insider is reporting this and the rumor is that he may want to come to the Chiefs and that the Chiefs will give the Patriots our 2010 2nd round pick.”
