Here is the open thread for the next half hour or so until the Kansas City Chiefs announce the next 14 player cuts. The NFL deadline to thin rosters to 53 players is at 5 PM Central time.
Get your last minute predictions in. Joel and I will have a new post up for the offiicial cuts at 5 PM so check for that then. The pre-cut, current roster is after the jump.

Kory Sheets and Alex Boone. I saw a couple niner games this preseason and I’m surprised by Sheets he was really good. Add Boone to the list of tackles I hope Pioli takes a look at he’s pretty solid.

Charles will get more carries, but Savage and Charles in the backfield without LJ would make that 3rd and one harder than it already is. Battle gets the nod over Savage

Neither Charles or Savage are going to push back a DT for a yard. If Savage could out-heart a DT it’d work, but he’s not going to out muscle a 300+ guy

I think that he went in the 3rd round a couple years ago… overall I would say he has the arm of Brodie Croyle, and can take a hit.
