Speculation of Chiefs being a trade partner for Parrish. I don't know anything about this guy. Is there a connection to Haley?

everyone knows miami u kids are good or can be made good. with haley he could be a great welker type and kill on returns, one area we need some help in badly—would be a good pickup at the right price. no direct haley connection as far as i know
