4:36 PM - Jackson is geared up with the rest of the boys (shoulder pads and helmets) and appears ready to go through his first practice of camp. Time will tell if he jumps right in to team segments or stays out of 11-v-11 for the short term.

Bullshit rules like these are ruining the game.
Lunge at Knees – A defender may no longer lunge or dive at a quarterbacks knees, regardless of if the player was blocked to the ground or not. Penalty: 15 yards. *This rule highlighted the hit Chiefs S Bernard Pollard put on Patriots QB Tom Brady last year. It was a legal play at the time, but no longer.
If the object is to attack the QB, this rule is total BS. Basically handing the game to the referees.
