"He likes to bounce ideas off everybody around him," Hunt said. "He enjoys getting feedback, but he will make the decision he thinks is best. It's definitely not a mentality of, 'There's only one way to do something.' He's willing to be challenged, have a dialogue, argue on a point and hopefully come up with the right decision at the end."
