My 10-player rule is in effect now. After camp starts, the good teams will make at least 10 moves -- some big, some small -- that will help them improve for the upcoming season and for the next season. These moves might be working the practice squad or working the main roster. In either case, they’re improving the competition of the team.

If this is true then we should keep a running tab.
by my count we’ve made 2 moves:
1. Claim Redd off waivers and waive the guard (ole whatshisname).
2. Sign Toomer and waive Curtis.
So now what are the next 8 or so moves?
