A small scuffle broke out during the 11-on-11 drill. It was not clear how the disagreement got started, but there were both offensive and defensive players in the heap. Things like "Get off me!" could be heard. Head Coach Todd Haley was not pleased with the fight, and made the entire team run down and back from the 50-yard line. "We will not beat ourselves, men," Haley shouted. "We will not beat ourselves!"

"Head Coach Todd Haley was not pleased with the fight"
He wasnt pleased but he was. Based on his interview after I think he likes the fire there but maybe not the way they showed it.
"Success is never ending, failure is never final."
Gretz says
Herb Taylor stated it. Like to see some fire. Hell yes!
Chiefs go 9-7. LJ makes 1400 yards. DBowe makes 1200 yards. Defense #18.
man i tell you what...
I love the way Coach Haley is demanding respect and attention of these players. The way he runs them for fighting and when they fumble the ball. The accountability factor is coming into play. I love it.
I'm loving
Haley right now. Make those boys man up!
I'm with Generic
His words have indicated that he likes the enthusiasm, but not the scuffle. This sort of mental lapse could result in a game-killing penalty.
I've been rapping for about seveteen years okay? I don't write my stuff anymore I just kick it from my head you know what I'm sayin? I can do that. No disrespect but that's how I am.
I agree with all the comments so far
and i would like to add that Haley’s style of coaching seems way different than anything the Chiefs have had for a while.
