I guess this video should lay to rest any of the rumors
that Marshall is coming here – no way would Pioli or Haley put up with those shenanigans
Marley will be walking soon...she could probably play Linebacker better than some of the guys we had.
Shenanigans

The next person to say shenanigans gets pistol whipped.
Damn!
I’ve never seen anything like that before. I don’t even know what to say.
I don’t want him here. What a bitch!
Ummm what to say.... Muahhhaaaa lol
This is the best, I hope that he does that tip drill shit in a game and jsut gives the defence the ball. OMFG this is amazing

McDaniels seems totally out of control
He just seems green. The interviews I have seen of him…he doesn’t seem like he has any authority. I almost feel bad for him. Almost…
D-Bowe, Mark Bradley, Bobby Engram and Turtle. Four Chiefs WRers. 4 Pro Bowlers.
+1
Its like night and day compared to Haley. McD is not helping any and neither is his lack of experience.

Exactly.
How much different does he seem from Haley? He looks like/acts like Raider’s Kiffin. It’s shocking. There’s no way he has any authority at all.

i love the part
when the reporter goes “was he in your building” and mcdeusher goes “i dont know where hes at right now (seems like as soon as he said that he realized he shouldnt have said that and quickly tries to cover it up)- yes he was in the building this morning…” – priceless
hahaha i love when he punts that shit out of the ball thats great i wonder what kyle orton mustve thought when he walked by him doing that…amazing, this tornado in denver just keeps getting bigger and stronger. love it.
Wow
I mean this is hilarious as a Chiefs fan, and I can’t stand Denver.
After watching Marshall at practice, there is no way I would ever want him on our team. That’s the most unprofessional display I can recall….EVER.

Don't kid yourself somebody is going to pick this guy up
No matter how much he whines, he has mad skills. If Philly will take a flyer on a felon with talent, then somebody is going to take a chance on this guy. He’s too talented to “teach a lesson”, though hopefully GM’s will pull their collective heads out of their ass and sign him for peanuts with all kind of “gotcha” clauses in the contract.
Maybe Baltimore in week one
then released/traded to Oakland in week two

He always puts as positive tone to Broncos news as possible
http://espn.go.com/blog/afcwest/post/_/id/3112/evening-afc-west-news-and-notes-35
ehhh...didn't really read anything "positive" in that statement at all.
I actually enjoy a lot of Williamson’s articles.
considering the situation
it is as positive as possible, lol. I like him, but wish he gave the Chiefs more love
What a d-bag...
It’s one thing to have a bone to pick with the administration, but to put his entire team through that and punish him, just makes him a dick. How does he expect to be traded exactly? Does he think there’s a team out there that will actually PAY for attitude (besides Oakland and Cincinnati)?
Even during the whole Cutler ordeal, I kind of scoffed at people’s notions that McDaniels would be a one-and-done coach. Now, I’m not even sure if he’ll survive the year. That interview looked like he had completely lost control of the team. And I tell you, I HATE the Broncos more than any other sports team on the face of the earth, but I REALLY do feel sorry for McDaniels. He made some bad moves, but he doesn’t deserve that from his players. Guess that’s what you risk when you hire a coach who’s still young enough to be a player.
Ha!
Where’s Vermeil with a diaper comment when you need him?
Way to go BM.

That Honeymoon Sure Didn't Last Long
He was throwing “his” QB under the bus and accusing him of being a racist within the year.
Predictions for 2009
1. Todd Haley's going to struggle with managing his staff in his rookie year as head coach.
2. The Lions will draft Matt Stafford, the Rams will draft Jason Smith, and the Chiefs will draft either Aaron Curry or Eugene Monroe.
3. Maurice Carthon will be the most hated man on the Chiefs' coaching staff within two years.
4. Larry Johnson has already played his last meaningful game for the Kansas City Chiefs. He's gone before the 2009 season starts.
5. Larry Johnson will gain 0 yards rushing for the 2009 Kansas City Chiefs.
6. The Chiefs will go 7-9 in 2009, good for 2nd in the AFC West.
7. Ryan Succop will not perform better in 2009 than Connor Barth did in 2008.
I've been wondering
what Mike Shanahan is thinking while watching all this. I can’t decide if he is laughing or crying.
What the hell is it with WR's?
Day by day, I like Haley a little more. Bowe seemed to be destined to be another prima donna. That isn’t going to happen while Haley is here. In fact, not one of the WR’s that Haley has had influence on has gone the TO/Marshall/OchoCincoJohnsonLookatMe route. The only WR he has ever had that acted like a fool on Haley’s watch was TO, and Haley got fired for telling Jerry Jones to get rid of him.

I bet he is rolling on the floor.
I don’t blame him. Bowlen was an idiot for firing Shanny. Now the Denver fans are going to suffer just like we did under Herm.
....I'm speechless
I know they don’t want to set a precedent by giving him a trade because hes complaining… but really!?!?! The way that looked I think the Broncos would be a lot better trading him or at least banning him from practice
hahaha thank you football gods

That will change this year.

Invesco opened in 2001. Here's the results of every KC @ Den game since then
2001: KC 6, Den 20
2002: KC 24, Den 21
2003 ( the 13-3 season): KC 27, Den 45
2004: KC 24, Den 34
2005: KC 10, Den 30
2006: KC 6, Den 9
2007: KC 7, Den 41
2008: KC 17, Den 24
Not one win here. I do have to correct myself though. Cunningham won the last game at Mile Hile before they tore that heap down. The next season when Invesco went up: Vermil became the Head Coach, Trent Green took over for Grbac, and the Chiefs signed some no name RB named Holmes. Oh, and they started losing at Invesco.
IMPLODE BABY IMPLODE!!!!!
Correction on 2002 game score: KC 24, Den 31
I almost thought we won one there…nope…just a hallucination
at first i thought it was some kind of joke
the way thenewscaster was narrating it….then i saw McDaniels all pissed off and flustered…so i watched it again and laughed my ass off. I cannot even believe what i was seeing. I have heard of players sitting out practice or faking an injury…but making a mockery of the entire coaching staff during practice is insane. i can’t believe he wasn’t kicked off the field after teh first drill. the fact that McDaniels let him complete the entire practice like that shows me he has no control of this team.
I LOVE IT
all this makes you like Haley even more.
Remember all the people saying if McDaniel’s hadn’t taken the Denver job he might have been Pioli’s choice for here. Thankfully that didn’t happen.
Herm is gone things are better with that one move!!

I know I am stating the obvious
But at what point are these prima donna athletes going to realize that it is not all about them? That is the absolute most ridiculous thing I have ever seen. If I acted that way at my job, I would be fired on the spot. These guys hold there value over teams way too much. Unbelievable.
The minute somebody stops giving them millions of dollars for acting that way
Until the Jerry Jones of the world stop signing them, they’ll keep doing it.
And the butts in the seats
Talent overcomes character defects until they retire. Then we see a COPS episode starring a former NFL star
Someone should do a post on all the NFL players that have won a Super Bowl
after serving jail time. I would read that. I want to know how much it matters to be a good character guy vs. a bad character guy.
You know, this all started way back with the Raiders.
How sad is it
that we have a first year head coach who never even played college ball, and yet he appears to be far and away the best coach in our division. I know some Bolts fans would try and say Norv, but come on, nationally he’s seen as part of the problem in the Chargers underachieving these last few years. I feel REALLY good about our future in this division. I think we’re one injury to Rivers away from becoming the favorite THIS year, even with all our issues we have to work out. I have a good buddy who’s a die hard bronco fan and in the past we’ve always talked trash back and forth. Now when I bring up anything about the Chiefs, Broncos, or this season he just says “Shut up, I don’t want to talk about it.!” and walks away. THIS IS THE BEST OFFSEASON EVER!!!!!!!
Ten sacks in a season! For crying out loud that's what I used to average per game using DT in Tecmo Bowl!
suddenly
a less then dominant offensive line and not knowing what we’re going to do with Tyler Thigpen seem like pretty reasonable issues to deal with. Thanks for putting things in perspective Donkeys!

he would be suspended by the team for the remainder of his contract. Also, there would probably be a complaint filed to the NFL to recoup the remainder of the money owed to him.

Short of time machines and reset buttons, that has to be the best option. We like to win, and god knows we could use some more talent and weaker competition, but this is sad.
Nevemind Cutler, nevermind the build up, that this got filmed is an embarrassment to any team. We’d never thought we’d utter a word of sympathy for the broncos, but fire McDaniels now. For the AFC West’s good.

My guttural response is sheer laughter that this is happening to the Broncos. Love IT!! Then i think what a douche bag for making a mockery of the game and all of the players before him. Then on the other hand, i gotta give Marshall some credit, i’ve never heard or seen anything like this. The guy clearly will not play for this organization any longer and the Donkey’s need to do something and get compensation for the guy or it’ll become an even larger PR nightmare. I watched it about 5 times
It’s sickly entertaining. This guy may have just dropped his stock through the floor. His way out of Denver may very well be sitting on the bench throughout the rest of his contract. But I wouldn’t put it past the Jets, Raiders, and Ravens to at least make a bid for him
Time is a great teacher... unfortunately it kills all it's pupils.
I Get The Feeling
Marshall just limited his choices to the Raiders. I doubt that Ozzie Newsome is going to be dumb enough to trade for the guy when he pulls crap like this. And the Jets aren’t going to want to hurt their rookie QB by saddling him with a head case. But Al Davis is desperate enough for receiver help (especially with Chaz Schillens out) to try it…if it didn’t necessitate trading with a division rival.

7. Ryan Succop will not perform better in 2009 than Connor Barth did in 2008.
The only reason I didn't list the Raiders is
they are in the division. The Jets and Ravens may be hurting for receivers enough to believe their vet laden teams can “change him.” But it’s still just an outside chance, I still think sitting out is contract is the only way Marshall leaves Denver. No team is going to want to fully compensate the Broncos when what they’re getting is a player who’s never given anyone any reason to believe he can be a professional. But still, the NFL is crazy enough for something unexpected to happen
Time is a great teacher... unfortunately it kills all it's pupils.
Cowboys Too
I could see Jerry Jones freaking out and going after Marshall if Roy Williams did break his collarbone or if he’ll miss significant time. He wants the playoffs this year and he doesn’t want to fire Wade Phillips. There’s no way the Cowboys make it to the playoffs without Roy Williams in that lineup unless Austin, Hurd, or Clayton miraculously morph into superstars.
Man, that Williams trade really handcuffed Jones…he rolled the dice on the guy and if it blows up in his face he’s got nobody to blame but himself. Tough times to be a Cowboys fan.
