Some NFL teams have some major issues right now. So I'm playing GM for several franchises. Here we go.

*IF I WAS THE GM FOR THE BRONCOS: I wouldn't bother trading Brandon Marshall. Every day he skips camp he loses a lot of money. Hit him where it hurts the most: his wallet. This shows him that he needs to get with the program. And doesn't he only one year left on his contract? Let's face it: money talks and bullshit walks. He'll get the picture. If he's still pulling this act at the end of he year, then he only hurt himself.

*IF I WAS THE GM FOR THE 49ERS: I'd be dialing Marvin Harrison's number right now. While he's no longer the player he once was, he would still be a major upgrade over their current receivers. If Michael Crabtree is dead set on sitting out this season, then the 49ers need someone to help soften the blow. Harrison is the best receiver in free agency and he can at least help out for a season.

*IF I WAS THE GM FOR THE BEARS: I'd consider the option for Marvin Harrison as well.

*IF I WAS THE GM FOR THE VIKINGS: I'd be in Brad Childress' ear and tell him that this Favre experiment better work or he's out of the job. I'm not gonna knock Favre: that angle is old hat. I place the blame on Childress. After Favre said he was done a few weeks ago, Childress led his current QB's to believe that #4 was out of the picture. Then he backtracked and brought Brett in. This all falls on Childress. If the team doesn't improve, it's his ass.

*IF I WAS THE GM FOR RAIDERS: I'd step down from my position and make a recommendation to Al Davis-hire Matt Millen as GM.
