If you had asked me 15 minutes ago, I would have guessed that the starters, or those we believe to be starters, would see more than the usual one-or-two series' for a preseason game. It's the year of change in Kansas City and the coaching staff might want some more time to evaluate what they have. But after reading Larry Johnson's Twitter page, I might have changed my mind.
In his latest Tweet, LJ says he's "excited" about Saturday but he "won't be doing much".
Can we then infer that the "starters" won't see much action?
Well, judging by Todd Haley's comments yesterday, the players should have learned more about playing time last night or this morning before practice.
"We haven’t had that meeting yet. But I’ll be able to talk on that probably tomorrow."
What's your best guess on how many series' the first team will play Saturday night? One? More than two?
