Dorsey

Needs to suck it up and get back on the field. For a guy thats going to be under the microscope to see if he can manage this defensive scheme its time to get to work.

Boone at DE?

I guess in the 3-4 he is not required to be that much of a pass rusher as he had to be in the Tampon 2

Boone was actually a pretty decent pass rusher from the DT position in the 4-3

Marley will be walking soon...she could probably play Linebacker better than some of the guys we had.

Magee is subbing for an injured Dorsey

- Alfonso Boone & Magee are good reserve DE’s
- I’m worried about our depth or lack thereof @ NT
- I’m wondering if by the way Daniels was put before Leggett if thats how it will also read on the depth chart. I’ve been worried about MoLegg’s roster spot and hope he keeps the nickleback spot, losing it only to Washington (if anybody)
- Is Ron Edwards gonna make the final cut?

Is Lokey

Going to be NT 6’1 and 287?

When Haley talked about the team losing weight, maybe we need to find out if Tank and Lokey are gaining good weight to plug the middle

or

we might be running a 3-4 where the NT plays a 1 gap assignment, and doesn’t need to be a huge turd plugging the middle like Jamaal Williams does.

A 300 lb. tank tyler who shoots one of the two A gaps would still cause problems for the offense

Marley will be walking soon...she could probably play Linebacker better than some of the guys we had.

isnt ron edwards

our depth at NT?

if so i wouldnt question his spot on the final roster. i’m not sure we have another NT here

"Jamaal Charles has a nice run after a screen pass"

I hope we hear alot of that this year. Also nice to see Pierre Walters name show up in these rundowns, Whether he got shut down by Albert or not I’m pulling for this guy.

Unless

it was Ricky Price, but if that were the case I can’t see them bringing a veteran like Brown to replace an UDFA like Price..

Good to see Lokey’s working his way into the second lineup. I’d love to see that continue. The kid is the definition of a hard worker, and his talent isn’t that bad either. He’s really strong for his size, so if he can get that size up, he’s going to be hard to cut this summer.

I'm excited about Lokey's potential.

At his pro day last year he did 38 reps on the 225-bench press. Freakin’ beast. Not as good as Tank Tyler’s 42 reps at the combine but still impressive. Ron Edwards may end up being out of a job, unless we keep 3 nose tackles.

Not likely

Boone and Dorsey will probably grab the UT spot when we go a 3-4 Variant!
