This will be interesting to watch

I am going to rec this so it sits at top. I think, depending on what happens with Waters and the Chiefs mandatory camp this weekend, this might be a topic worth revisiting. Thanks for posting tomahawk.

No prob man

I really see us as a contender to get Wilfork if he ends up leaving New England

Oh I don't think he's going anywhere

I would place a LOT of money on him going nowhere.

I do agree with you there..

Seymour is going to be a 30+ player and Wilfork is a stud in the middle. I dont think Wilfork will go anywhere either but its fun to think about hed be a monster in KC. Its his turn for the big money deal in New England though

Naa - he wouldn't take Cassel and Vrabel

For a measly 2nd round pick. How the hell did we manuveur that one anyway?

Negative Ghost Rider the pattern is full...

Hard to imagine Wilfork as a leftover.

Seymour’s been in the league quite a bit longer. Depends on whom they have coming-up. We all know about Ron Brace, who’s a prototypical NT who will likely be dominant within a year or two. I just scanned New England’s roster and nobody jumps out at me, other than Wilfork and heir-apparent Brace, the latter of whom was picked at exactly the right time if you’re thinking of parting ways with Wilfork when his contract expires in another year.

Tyler ‘n’ Edwards as 3-4 NTs is still just an experiment, albeit one with a high probability of success, given Tyler’s experience in the 3-4 in college and his experience playing at the pro level. Probably a better fit for his body type (although I’d’ve let him play BIG as DT in the 4-3, myself), same as 3-4 OLB is a better fit for Hali’s body type.
