Tryout with the Chiefs this weekend!
Chase Patton (ChasePatton) on Twitter
What did we do before Twitter? Looks like Missouri QB Chase Patton is headed to the Chiefs' rookie mini-camp this weekend. There was a rumor out there that the Chiefs wanted his cell phone number on draft day.

Good luck Chase.
Do we know if Dan Johnson from Tulsa will be there as well?

Fantastic
this is the best news I’ve heard all day!
I really hope he makes the team, and that Croyle and Martin get cut promptly.
Dan Johnson would be fine too… either way, I think our #3 QB should be a FA, and NOT one of the chumps on the roster now.

That would be cool to see

Who
Chase Daniel is the QB, Chase Patton is a TE.
Which is it?
Correct?

Chase Coffman is the TE.....
really would have loved to have him.
Leave the gun. Take the cannoli.

Haha 3 Chases
Chase Daniel was the starting QB. Chase Patton was the backup QB. Chase Coffman was the TE.

what's wrong with that?
Mizzou has had a heckova good couple of years.
they are trying to duplicate it with the 2 Blaines this year

This spells trouble for Brodie.....
Leave the gun. Take the cannoli.

If they keep Brodie
they will have to have 4 QB’s on the roster because Brodie will go out after someone hits him.

I would already have cut Brodie and Martin by now

Yeah there's no reason to cut them
Brodie knows the system so he can be used during training camp.

my opinion
is that the #3 QB on your roster should be 1 of 2 things:
a developmental guy that has the potential to be the QB of the future
OR
an experienced veteran that can be a mentor to the younger QBs and a rock solid back up if needed.
Croyle and martin are neither of these things. Neither is the Chiefs’ QB of the future (or any other team’s for that matter)
Again, this is just my opinion.
