He was a good role model for Jared Allen, and IMO JA wouldnt be anywhere near as good without Hicks. I would go to games and see HIcks coaching Jared on what to do to make his game better, and then you would see Jared come booking off the edge and get a sack or a run stop for a loss. He is a true pro.

I saw him about every day this winter up at lifetime training. Large, large human being that still moves with ease. He lives down the street from my parents in OP. Very nice guy, hope he makes a successful comeback.
