May 2009 Scott Pioli Approval Rating

This is the Chiefs' actual draft day war room.
The big news since our April approval rating of Scott Pioli was of course the NFL Draft two weekends ago. Which makes me think, based on some of your comments, that we'll see the biggest drop in approval yet for the Chiefs' head guy. Click here to review our 2009 NFL Draft coverage.
Do you approve of the job Scott Pioli is doing as the Kansas City Chiefs general manager?
April 2009: 89%
March 2009: 85%
Feb. 2009: 88%

Pioli talks a big game but we will have to see what the team does on game day and what type of moves he makes on the off season. So we will see this tyson j move really took the wind out my sails . SO we will see I have faith but we will see.

Honestly I put "no"
I’m not saying he is doing a piss poor job, but minus the Cassel/Vrabel trade, I’m not fussy about the offseason moves. He traded TG for next years pick, a relative “ho-hum” draft and not a lot of free agent pickups.
I like where we are comared to this time last year, but everyone touted Pioli as some kind of draft Genius but I still don’t see where the 3rd and 4th round pics are going to fit. I guess we’ll see!
If you go out and you’re looking for the girl to wink at you and she hasn’t winked at you before 12 she isn’t going to. You might as well go home.

I'm finally coming around to our draft picks
While I can understand why people are second guessing based on the draft, I’m still going to take a wait and see approach to this first.

I picked Unsure,
simply because I’m not at all sure about the draft. I can’t say it’s horrible, and I can’t say that it’s amazing – I just don’t know.

Chiefs 3-13 for 09-10 Season?
What do you get when you have a terrible draft, trade Tony Gonzalez (leading Chiefs receiver), a porous offensive line, a new head coach, and your team plays the NFC East??
You get a 3-13 season with wins against Oakland, Denver & San Diego (if we are lucky) at home in Arrowhead.
Pioli’s moves so far have not been impressive at all.
Denver fans hate their head coach, who looks as inept as Pioli.
It now seems apparent that the brain trust of the Patriots is still residing in New England?

Grapes!?
In the war room? Grapes? Everything else in the picture is 100% accurate. Even the wine. But grapes?
